Eataly Las Vegas is ready to serve the best of Italy in a brand new location at the Park MGM.
The marketplace includes quick serve counters for staples including pizza, pasta, and gelato, in addition to new counter-to-table concepts for meat, fish, cheese and wine. For example, at La Macelleria, can choose their cut of meat from the case and have it cooked immediately or purchase it by the pound to cook at home.
For a standard sit-down experience, the location features two restaurants – La Pizza e La Pasta and Manzo.
FT recommends the Italian Street Food counter which serves two key specialties – a Prime Rib Panini Tradizionale ($17) and half or whole Pollo Arrosto rotisserie chicken ($19 or $26). Both were delicious and perfect for a quick dine-in or take-away lunch.
Before you leave check out the wine shop which carries more than 400 wines from 20 regions in Italy.
